1. Much of the resources are available via the player only forum in the downloads section. This includes software, tutorial videos, the knowledge-base, instructions and more. Follow the below steps to to access the forum and downloads:

2. Some software and documents require unlocking. When required, you will see a code you need to submit in the form below. I’ll then send you back an unlock code to unlock software, or inform you your document is unlocked. When submitting the below form, you MUST use the email address of yours I have on file or I will respond saying you are unauthorized to receive codes. Please use the form only for its intended purpose.
Use this form only if you need to unlock software or a document. When something needs unlocking, it will give you a code to submit below. If you have no code, then you shouldn’t be submitting this form.
To get the quickest answers, use the player forum. It has a knowledgebase and many experienced players who often read and answer basic questions before I do. My time is best spent on the most critical support issues, so anything you do to save me time helps all players – it starts with using the forum and knowledgebase. If for any reason you can’t ask questions via the player forum, you can email me by using the Player Support Request Form. Please do NOT email me directly. The player contact form is designed to force players to ask clear and concise questions, so I can provide quick and clear answers. Unfortunately this is now a necessity because too many players have ignored my requests to ask clear questions. The effect of this is I may waste 10 minutes trying to understand one poorly worded email. But when I receive many such emails, I waste over an hour that could be better spent providing close support to players that need it most. If my answers to your initial questions are not clear, you can simply “reply” to the email I send you instead of using the form. But if you have any NEW questions, please only use the form.

My Skype name is “rouletteanalysis”. Skype is used more often than phone as I can maintain multiple chat windows at once. Skype is free and can be downloaded from Skype.com. You need only a reasonable internet connection and a microphone.
My mobile number is +61 468 338 305 (use this ONLY in emergencies. An emergency is not if you have a quick question. An emergency is something like if you are in the middle of play at a casino and a software code expires. But this will not happen if you follow the instructions. Emergencies are extremely rare, and respect that I use this phone number for family too. Do not call at 3am or some other insane hour unless the situation is critical, and be aware of the timezones. Many people are still ignoring my requests to use this number sparingly. If this continues, I will have to deactivate the number.
Although my mobile number is available, unfortunately I live in a rural area with very poor mobile phone reception, so sometimes mobile calls are not an option. If you are unable to reach me on my mobile, then your best option is the use the Player Support Request Form and specify your request as urgent.
The player forum is at www.genuinewinner.com/forum. Access is required for you to download various software and instructions. It is a private forum for roulette computer and system players. There are hundreds of members and thousands of posts containing valuable information. Many experienced players also help new players learn the ropes. To access the forum, simply signup then e-mail me directly to let me know your username. You must signup only with the email address of yours I have on file. Then I’ll give your account access to the relevant parts of the forum.
The knowledge base is part of the forum and answers most of the basic questions. It both saves me time, and gives you answers quicker. I don’t want to waste time repeatedly answering the same questions, and players prefer that I spend time giving support where it matters most. So before asking me any questions, please first carefully check the knowledge base at www.genuinewinner.com/forum/index.php?action=kb (you will need forum access).
If your question is not answered in the knowledgebase, then ask it on the forum instead of directly contacting me so others can learn from my response. In many cases I will add the answer to the knowledgebase so the answer is easily found. If your question relates to information you don’t want to disclose to other players (such as where you play etc), then contact me directly.

Some documents and software need to be unlocked. You will see a message when required, with instructions to send me the code you are shown. You submit this code in the code request form near the top of this page. Go to the Code Request Form.
