Mark Howe appears to have no reservations about pretending to be
government authorities and claiming they endorsed his products, and he
certainly has no reservations when lying about me and his other competitors
to boost his business.
Importantly, I do NOT wish to
partake in a childish mud-slinging contest. I have made every effort to
resolve issues with him in a civil manner, although he is completely
unwilling and only shows extreme aggression towards me.
My only intention here is to defend myself against his malicious lies and
alert the public to his manipulation. If Mark wants this and other pages
removed which serve to inform the public of his malicious lies to defend
myself, he need only:

1. Stop resorting to
incredibly dishonest methods of competing: such as posting fake
testimonials on message boards, and creating websites under fake names. He
does the same to other competitors.
2. Remove all of his websites
which contain blatant rubbish about me: he predictably denies owing some
of his websites
3. Stop sending me immature
threatening emails: I couldn't care less about
childish threats, and don't respond to them. He doesn't appear to have
learned I don't respond to threats.
I've been trying for years to
resolve the situation with him peacefully, but it appears the only
resolution he seeks is to discredit me and boost his sales - the same
resolution he seeks with other competitors. His only
attempts to resolve matters are by threatening and attempting to blackmail
me. My offer to resolve the situation peacefully is open until police
matters proceed beyond a certain point because then it is too late.
He is not to contact me personally
as I have requested many times. I am not interested in his petty threats,
and will only deal with his solicitors. He claims to have lawyers
who are going to take me to court and I've been asking to speak to them for
years. However, it does not appear that they exist.

For posting
under fake names on forums and pretending to be my clients, Mark Howe
was banned from multiple major gambling forums.
He has now created multiple web sites (some under fake names) to continue
lying about me. Despite
being banned from many forums, he still posts at many forums under fake names (usually impersonating my players) to continue lying
about me on what appears to be almost a daily basis. Although he is
constantly trying new ways to harm me, I don't have the time to respond to his every newly invented forum
characters, or to expose every new web site that pops up
- his continued desperate attempts are obsessive, and a waste of my
time to respond to. But this page has
ample information to leave you in no doubt of what he's done, what he is
still doing, and the extent of his manipulation. Once you
understand the low acts he's capable of, you can know what to expect.
Keep this in mind because I have better things to do than stay on top of his
latest lies. He keeps
changing his sites when I expose his latest lies (click
here to see archives of an older version of one of his sites).
Before you read on, let me make this perfectly
clear:
My REAL
players, not anonymous forum posters claiming to be my players, know very
well my system and computers are everything I claim and can easily validate my
claims. You can hear some authentic testimonials below:
Please research Mr. Howe thoroughly for yourself
so you can understand he appears to have no regard for the truth
and constantly changes his stories to cover old
lies.

lies and I'll leave you to decide for yourself fact from fiction. I will
waste no further time on responding to garbage written by this individual.
The below points expose just a small sample of

| Mark claims he
paid private investigators to research me. He claims they obtained
photos of me, my residential address, and detailed financial information
about me such as mortgage debts. He claims it all proves I'm not
a millionaire unlike I apparently claimed, and that it is evidence of my
roulette computers being ineffective.
Mark claims his roulette computers are
effective, and that he earned over £4,000,000 (US$8,000,000) with them before
UK casinos banned him. |
Mark obtained
photos of my wife and I from my wife's facebook.com page, where he also
clumsily attempted to impersonate someone we know very well before
changing his mind and claiming he was actually a prostitute trying to
convince my wife I am unfaithful, among other malicious claims. Mark has
made countless lies about my financial status. He hasn't the vaguest
idea of my income levels and assets.
Mark edited a 10 year-old photo of me by adding height bars, so it
resembled a prison "mug shot". You can
clearly see his editing. It is
actually an old drivers license photo.
Mark does not know where I reside. He
released the address of a nearby property he incorrectly states I reside at. My
residential address is never released under any circumstances.
Mark appears absolutely desperate to harm me
and is trying everything conceivable. I simply want nothing to do with
him, and truly wish he would feel the same way about me. |
Although I never
publicly claimed I am a millionaire, in a police report I
submitted that details Mark's malicious activities, I provided
verifiable proof of income from just one of my numerous income
sources.
 Sorry to "burst his bubble", but this source alone provides a profit of over
$400,000/year - this is excluding my investments and other revenue
sources. Of course Mark will claim this is false, but the Australian
Taxation Office knows better. I also provided details of liquid funds and
assets totaling a value of "multiple millions".
It is not my intention
to embarrass Mark further or boast - I only wish to refute his claims so the authorities are aware of
his blatant lies when they read material he published. Individuals that know Mark personally have confirmed
he has lied about
his own wealth, and that he is virtually broke. Casino sources also
confirmed he has never been banned from casinos. |

that in all my video demos I purposely
release the ball at specific points to "cheat". He
claims this is done in all my demo videos. Mark shows
screenshots of 20
spins of one of my standard system videos and claims
this is proof that I'm cheating. |
I have released many different video
demonstrations. Many of them use different principles. The one in
question
does utilise ballistic and dealer signature principles, but I don't at all hide that fact. It is clearly stated
on my site, and at the start of the video.
Mark knows this very
well, but he doesn't care.
Tracking "dealer signatures" is one of the
many valid methods to beat roulette that I teach my players - I even say
this at the bottom
of EVERY page on this site. Dealer
signature tracking is a very real pattern type, and a legitimate method to beat
roulette. Therefore my system takes such patterns into account
IF they are present - it would be silly not to. But my system does
not rely on such patterns - it does not rely on any one particular
pattern type.

contributed to results, so he appears to completely avoid mentioning

Mark claims a French purchaser "Tony"
purchased my computer and believed it was a scam. |
Tony was a real purchaser. He is quite young
and very immature. He did not understand various elements of
my roulette computer, and when I tried to correct him and offer support,
he threatened me. And when other players tried to help him via the
player only forum, he threatened them too which is unacceptable
behaviour. As I did not want such an unstable character as a player, I
decided not to deal with Tony further, and refunded him after the return
of the computer. |
Tony's claims about my computer are listed
on Mark's site. Each of them are addressed in detail in my roulette
computers web site in the FAQs. Tony had very little understanding of my
computer or it's application. I have almost 500 players (system and
computer) and at least a few are bound to have an unsuitable mindset.

"under investigation by the authorities", and that I'm now "toast". |
I have been in
contact with the Australian authorities (ACCC) several times about Mark
- they know all about him. There is no case against me,
contrary to what Mark claims.
Not only I have asked, but so have others.
Even if there was, it would be extremely easy to provide a demo to the
authorities, or invite them to the
public conference, or I could even give
them the contact details of my actual players. My own
players support me (the REAL ones, not the ones Mark fabricates). |
I have spoken to
numerous authorities, not just the ACCC, and each date and time a
conversation took place, a record was kept. Even details of Howe's death
threats against me were discussed in detail (among his many threats of
violence, he told one of my players
he would "snipe" me when I visited my parents for dinner). |

Mark made a public claim that the UK Gaming
Commission tested his roulette computer and found it to be effective.
This was a lie. The Gaming Commission was contacted about this, and they
confirmed Mark's claim was false. They specifically stated:
"Mark Howe has been
brought to the attention of the Gambling Commission on a previous
occasion and we would advise you not to purchase this product. The

Mark claims that I
fabricated the Gaming Commissions statement. However, the statement is
real.

what appears to be a letter to him from the Gaming Commission stating
that I have been asked to remove the "false statement". |

another letter (regular mail) pretending to be from the Gaming Commission asking me to
remove the statement. He also emailed me claiming to be the Gaming

appears to have no problem pretending to be the Gaming Commission

claims I've only ever earned a measly $44,000 over a few years. |
Firstly, the figure is
grossly inaccurate. And secondly, ASIC, the
government body that provides information about companies to the public
does not even have records of my company income, so what Mark has
claimed to have done is actually impossible - he completely fabricated
the figure in attempt to harm me. Mark claims you can purchase the
records for yourself to prove he's being honest, although he doesn't expect you to actually do
this. If you did, you'd find absolutely no details of my income are
available. |

purchase my company information yourself, OR email ASIC at
info.enquiries@asic.gov.au
& ask them directly. Ask them if they have income records for the private
company of Site Promotions PTY LTD - a company that has never registered
any income details with any government body other than the Australian
Tax Office simply because it is not a publicly listed company. The only
information ASIC has about private companies is general information such
as directorships. |

claims that I live with my parents in a suburb called "Donvale", and
that I live next to a poor urban housing area so I couldn't possibly be
wealthy or have an effective roulette computer. He literally claims I
live next to a hostel for homeless people.

Australia's wine country - about 30 minutes drive from my parents.
Contrary to Mark's claims, not intending to boast, but I am actually
quite wealthy with an enviable investment portfolio mainly consisting of
property and shares. And
as for my parents, although I haven't lived with them in a rather long time,
they
live in one of the wealthiest estates in the state of Victoria - not
quite next to a homeless hostel. |
I'm not going to disclose my
home address, but my phone number is 9737 6422. The first 4 digits tell
you the area in which I live and it's nowhere near Donvale's "9842".

that he has my computer and that it fails. However he could never tell
anyone the first thing about it - i.e. something simple like "what's the
first thing you see when you load stefanos computer?" so it is obvious
he's never even seen it. |

are enormous. Mark's claim is a desperate attempt to explain
the effectiveness of my computer in my videos. He continuously changes
his claims as I debunk each of them. |

eventually flatly refusing to answer the question "what's the first
thing you see when you load stefanos computer?" - he
does not know the answer.
Mark was eventually banned from the
Gamblers Glen forum for many reasons, but mainly posting under fake
names to lie about me. The link to the announcement of his banning is

can purchase my credit file and apparently that it shows I've been in
business for 2.5 years and made very little profit, and that I rent
cheap offices. Word for word, he said:
"Mr Hourmouzis
business accounts if you do a
credit check on him show that his company has only been in business
for about 2.5 years and made very little in profit, that only of a
normal mans wage if he had been working for someone, and has no equity
in it. In fact, his business rating is very low, yet he claims he is a
millionaire. Also do a check on where he lives in Melbourne in
Australia. Next door to his home on Yileen court in Melbourne is a
Hostel for homeless people, not exactly fitting for someone claiming to
be a millionaire, especially when it is his parents home and he is only
a lodger. He currently only rents some cheap offices to run his business
from." |
My company Site
Promotions PTY LTD was registered in 1999 and before this, I had another
company "OE Research". Combined, I've been in business
approximately 10 years. Mark very frequently contradicts himself.
Contrary to Mark's claims, a credit report
does not even specify an individual's income.
My "business rating" (he means company
credit rating) simply does not exist because my company has never needed
to apply for any loan. You need to actually apply for a loan to obtain a
rating.
My registered office is in St Kilda, which is actually quite an expensive area.

information and linking to a credit report web site claiming you can
verify his claims are true when they're completely false. |

from asic.gov.au clearly indicate, even just my company Site Promotions
PTY LTD alone was registered in 1999 which is almost
10 years ago.
Check the registration date directly with ASIC
A personal credit report does not contain
anything at all about a subject's income, and certainly nothing about
income generated by a company for which a subject is a director.

Actually try and purchase my credit
report. Firstly, you need a subject's license number to purchase such
reports - something he doesn't have. So even if what he said was true,
it would still be impossible to obtain that information.

said I cut and edited my footage. Then he claimed I used pins to make
the ball fall where I wanted. Then he changed his excuse again claiming
my wheel was biased. And again his story changed claiming I was actually
using his old computer. Mark's latest
excuse to explain the effectiveness of my computer is that I used
dealer signature. |
Absolutely none of Mark's claims are true as
per the information shown right. All of Mark's false claims have been
disproved, and each time, he makes a NEW "excuse" although his new
excuses often completely contradict the others. Mark's aim is
to boost his
own sales, and he doesn't appear to care how he does it. |

My wheel is biased: a bias occurs
over thousands of spins. You can clearly see my wheel is not biased
anyway. Furthermore, the betting patterns aren't even consistent with
exploiting a bias.
I used Mark's old computer and apparently THAT'S why my
computer works: absolute nonsense. My software is digitally signed with clear labels of

and that I'm a fraud etc. |
My system is a collection of every known
effective technique to beat roulette, and many relatively unknown
techniques. This includes but is not limited to visual ballistics, the
primordial variants, dealer signature, sector targeting, bias analysis,
and custom variants (9 different pattern types that are exhibited on
roulette wheels). No "single" technique is relied upon. Where a
particular technique can't be applied, almost certainly at least one
other can to overcome the house edge on a specific wheel. The techniques
have been sourced primarily from my own research (energy research
similar to that in the publication "Living Energies" by Callum Coats),
but also from that of globally recognized roulette professionals and
organisations including but not limited to TCS John Huxley (yes, the
roulette wheel manufacturer) and Steve Forte (although his particular
publication "Casino Game Protection" is rather limited with regards to
beating roulette), and even privately hired physicists and
mathematicians that cost me a small fortune. My system does not deal
with fiction - just genuinely effective and proven techniques that even
the casinos themselves acknowledge are effective. |

Mark's claim is
completely false. The Newton computer does not and NEVER had the same
start-up screen.
Mark has constantly
changed his story. Not long ago, when I released my first video demos
where clear proof of my computer's effectiveness was displayed, Mark was
claiming that the obvious effectiveness of my computers was due to me
merely using his old software.
Mark has even tried
claiming my software was a windows based program that people could
download. He even provided a link to it.

Mark claims that I am going to be arrested
for incorrectly declaring the value of items I ship, and therefore
avoiding "export tax".
He claims that he's collaborating with the
authorities and that I'll be in jail for a long time because it's a
serious offence. |
Depending on the phone
model, the declaration of value on the export papers is around $400,
which is correct.
However, even if it were incorrect, there
is no such thing as "export" tax. He is claiming I'll be
arrested for paying a tax that does not exist.
I assume he's trying
to scare me. |
Check with Australian
customs. There is no such thing as export tax. |
If you verify the above information yourself, you
will know fact form fiction. Again I do NOT wish to partake in childish
mudslinging, but if the above doesn't convince you of the extent of his lies,
consider the below:
- As Mark had my parent's residential
address, he sent a letter (regular mail) to all of my parent's neighbors
making ludicrous false claims about me that would encourage the neighbors
to "hate" me. Prior to this, he had threatened me that he would
take this action (blackmail). In the letter he asks all residents to take photos of me,
and release any known information about me to him. He also makes offers to
pay residents for such information.
- No-one that truly does
their research thoroughly can possibly deny Mark has indeed blatantly lied
about me, and continues to do so. As it is easy to do and most people don't know better, his main
activity is pretending to be my players on forums giving false negative
reviews. If everything he said was true, he would NOT need to do this. His lies are
not just small - they are enormous.
- Mark Anthony Howe's apparent company name
"Mark Howe Technologies" simply does not exist. Try a UK company search at
www.companieshouse.gov.uk.
Furthermore, Mark himself admits his name "Mark Anthony Howe" is false. So
Mark is trading under a fake company name and fake personal name.
- Mark's biggest focus to convince people that my
roulette computer fails is that I have a "criminal record". While I do
have a "criminal record", by no means does Mark tell the truth about my
case - he has enormously twisted and distorted details to suit himself. My
court case is explained in detail at

about a decade ago I was promoting NASDAQ stocks and with just one of the
promotions, I accidentally published inaccurate information about one
company. Despite it being accidental, it was nevertheless still considered
an infringement. This has absolutely no bearing on the effectiveness of my
products, which Mr. Howe is aware of.

See proof that he posts fake positive reviews about his computer on
forums, then claims the messages were actually posted by his staff against
his will. See proof that he pretends to be well known roulette researchers
posting fake positive reviews about his computer, then when the real
person claims they never made those statements, Mark claims such posts
were merely from someone else with the same name despite the name being
extremely distinct.
- In Mark's emails he
gives himself the title of ESQ (Esquire). He has no such title of nobility.
- One of Mr. Howe's sites
under fake names is roulettesystemsexposed.com. He claims it is a site run
by David Steinberg, and that he is one of my unhappy players. While I know
for a fact
there is no player by that name, I've been in contact with the web host of roulettesystemsexposed.com
and they confirmed Mark Howe is on the billing records. That means he owns
the site. He would not need to do all
this if I were the fraud selling ineffective systems and computers as he
claims. This is merely his dishonest way of competing.
- Mark claims an
anonymous "Vegas Casino" fronted $1M cash to bet that Mark's roulette
computer is effective on a level wheel. This is absolute nonsense. No
casino would ever endorse a roulette computer or give publicity to such
devices.

Mark Howe was banned from the last major gambling
forum for posting under fake names to lie about me - he pretended to be
several Japanese gamblers who apparently purchased my computer
and found it failed, which is complete rubbish. He very
frequently does this kind of thing to harm me and other competitors to
increase his sales, for which he has been reported to the authorities. In this particular case, the forum administrator exposed him by looking
at the IP addresses of the apparent Japanese gamblers and found they
were actually Mark. After the banning was announced, one person who
actually visited Mark then said to the forum administrator:
"If you recall
Fishman, i did say that this Mark Howy character was completely insane
and had no place in this forum, on the end all i could do is warn people
about this man. 4 of us met him and we realised he lived in a make
believe world, the outrageous lies which follow our visit just was
confirmation of his mental condition. Maybe, just maybe your decision
will help him to seek medical advice. He was 24/7 on this site and i
must admit i will miss him as an entertainment, his non stop lying was
really hilarious. He went over the top with the first thread where he
invented all these characters, that was rightly deleted then there was
that other crazy man Franky insulting everyone daring to question his
master. All in all, you can meet some "strange" characters on the net
and from what i know MH sure had a run on this site, in others he was
quickly found out as a complete nutter and banned quickly. Despite of
all the nasty things he said about me,i am not angry with the man as he
is very sick and i could get into many more details about him but my
last word to him will be R.I.P."
- This was written by
"Snow" which is a member of
Gamblers Glen, and it perfectly
describes what type of person Mark is. Mark
himself acknowledges "Snow" and the others did legitimately visit him.
After several hours of Mark demonstrating his computer on a 50 year old
biased and tilted wheel, they still believed he was a fraud.

not consider these the actions of a rational person. |

to Mark's every lie. This
page alone should be more than adequate for any reasonable person to understand
what type of person Mark is. He will always create new lies and think of new
ways to try and harm me, and rather than waste further time responding to his
nonsense, I will let the authorities deal with him.
