Many sellers offer a 100% unconditional money-back guarantee, but try actually claiming the guarantee. Any guarantee is only as good as the seller.

I offer two fair and reasonable guarantees:

Guarantee # 1

If you genuinely apply my system exactly as specified, and fail to produce a profit, I'll provide you with a full refund. By saying "fail to produce a profit", I don't mean you making a loss your first time playing. I want to ensure you benefit my system, but we need to be fair to both sides.

For you to qualify for a refund, I only request that:

1. You have demonstrated what I consider to be a reasonable effort to apply the system correctly: without adequate time and effort, no system can be effective.

2. You have demonstrated you adequately understand the system and software: you need to understand you can't simply play on the first wheel you find. You need to focus on the most suitable wheels.

3. You have sought adequate support: if you don't understand something, contact me for support. I sincerely care about your success and by far, the most common reason a player will fail is because they don't seek enough support.

The terms are perfectly fair and reasonable. I'm an honest person and sincerely care about your success. If you give the system a fair try and don't profit, then I don't want your money.

Guarantee # 2

f you or anyone (the "challenger") believes our system is ineffective, they can attempt to prove so in the presence of a legal mediator. If the "challenger" proves the system is not what we claim, they will be awarded $100,000 in cash.

NOTE: If anyone (whether it be another system seller or anonymous message board poster) claims my system is ineffective, ask them to take this challenge. No individual that truly believed our system is ineffective would refuse such an easy $100,000 award.

Solicitors ensure the agreement of the challenge is legally binding, and you receive proof of funds before proceeding. The funds are held in escrow to ensure if our system is found to be ineffective, you will be assured of your $100,000 payout.

This offer and challenge is completely real, and I can offer it with complete confidence.

HOW THE GUARANTEE/CHALLENGE WORKS:

Of course anyone can claim to offer such a guarantee/challenge, so how do you know it is serious? Read the procedure below for an explanation of how you are assured it is legally binding, and how we're protected against dishonest people making a fraudulent attempt ("wild stab") to claim the $100,000:

STEP 1 (this step applies only to my players): If after purchasing, you believe my system simply does not win in the long term, contact me for support. First and foremost, I'll will provide all required support to ensure you can win at roulette consistently. If you cannot win consistently, it is certainly due to incorrect application. A large part of what you have paid for is close support and if you are losing, support is typically all you need to win consistently. If with assistance, you still cannot win consistently, proceed to step 2.

STEP 2: You will need a solicitor to proceed beyond this point. This is to make everything legally binding for both of us especially as you will likely be in a different jurisdiction, and laws differ between jurisdictions.

STEP 3: Your solicitor will be provided with evidence of the US$100,000 in funds. Solicitors from both sides will negotiate terms of a legally binding contract. The contract will be to the effect that you must demonstrate our system is simply not a legitimate long term winner, and we will demonstrate our system is both effective and practical in modern casinos. You will receive detailed information pertaining to two of the custom variant patterns for you to analyze. To protect the secrecy of our technology, the other 7 custom variant patterns will not be disclosed unless needed. To analyze the patterns, you can use laboratory studies or whatever you want.

Any credible tests will prove even just 2 of the 9 custom variant patterns alone can be used to beat roulette in the long term. Our solicitors will present undisputable proof that even just one of the patterns have been used to win millions in casinos - there is undisputable scientific evidence.

STEP 4: A mediator (or civil judge) will preside. If you are a player and win the case, as per the contract, we will refund your US$2,500, pay you an additional US$100,000, and pay your legal fees. If you are simply a competitor or general member of the public, and you win, you will receive only the US$100,000 and payment of your legal fees. However if you lose, you will be required to reimburse me for all legal costs and for our time - this particular term protects me from "wild stabs" and fraudulent attempts to claim the $100,000.

IMPORTANT: If you lose the case, you will be required to reimburse us for our legal costs and time to conduct the challenge. For our time, this sum will be equal to two times the cost of our legal fees (approximately $10,000). Overall this means if you lose the challenge, you will be required by law to pay us approximately $15,000. However, If we lose the case, we will pay you $100,000 plus your legal fees. It may seem quite unfair to me, but I know my system is exactly what we claim. Some of the proof of effectiveness we will provide include:

Results of controlled tests of my roulette system: They have been professionally conducted by a qualified physicist. You will have his full contact details and list of qualifications.

Affidavits and audio testimonials from some of my players: Their authenticity is easily established.

Sworn statements from industry-recognized casino consultants: These are the people who are paid to try and detect our players, and they are hired by casinos because our methods work.

Video and/or audio of public demonstrations of our roulette system and other technology to beat roulette

Results of extensive testing on hundreds of thousands of real casino spins: You will have verification that the spins are real, and that the system was not reverse engineered to suit the spins (because of fixed system rules).

Physics reports on the cause and effect of roulette wheel prediction (regarding the first two custom variant pattern types which are fully disclosed).
