I take the time to respond to all of your questions and concerns in detail, so please don't waste my time by asking questions I've already answered. I am extremely busy and my time is very limited. However, understand I do not live by the phone, and am not always available. The best days to call me are THURSDAYS as I usually dedicate the whole day to taking calls. However you can call anytime during Australian Business Hours (9am - 5pm Monday - Friday). I do not answer the phone outside of business hours - my wife will kill me if I do.

If you cannot reach me via phone, try emailing me or scheduling a time to speak via the phone. If you are going to purchase my system, you are investing in me, not just a system so it is worthwhile to get to know me better first. However before calling, please prepare your questions.

I receive over 100 emails each day and responding to them is extremely time consuming. I have considered hiring staff solely to answer my emails, although I prefer to answer them myself to ensure accurate answers. To assist me and to ensure my response is timely, please ask them below in the following format:

This makes responding far easier for me, and ensures a quicker response for everyone. Please give specific and clear questions, and I'll give you specific and clear answers. Avoid multiple questions on the same point.

PLEASE NEVER USE YAHOO MAIL TO CONTACT ME. YAHOO MAIL HAS MAJOR PROBLEMS AND IS PATHETICALLY UNRELIABLE. HALF THE TIME YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE MY EMAIL RESPONSE.

SKYPE:

Skype (www.skype.com) is an Internet phone and chat service. If you have a microphone, you can speak to me live without the usual high international phone rates. This option is usually used for players that often spend hours with my on the phone. If you don't have a microphone, you can still chat (type) to me live. Skype calls must be scheduled as I must actually log on to take your call. Contact me to arrange a call and to obtain my username.

Within minutes of submitting this form, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation email, then you may have incorrectly entered your email address and I cannot respond. Make sure your email address is correct!

Questions: Please keep emails as short as possible. When hundreds of people tend are not direct and concise, it is an enormous drain on my time -the shortest emails are always answered first
