The best days to call are THURSDAYS as we usually dedicate the whole day to taking calls - we do not take calls on all days as our consultants are usually either conducting demonstrations or in meetings. If you can't reach us on a Thursday, try a few minutes later as we may simply be on another call. However, you can still try calling anytime during Australian Business Hours (9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday).
