The best days to call are THURSDAYS as we usually dedicate the whole day to taking calls - we do not take calls on all days as our consultants are usually either conducting demonstrations or in meetings. If you can't reach us on a Thursday, try a few minutes later as we may simply be on another call. However, you can try calling anytime during Australian Business Hours (9am - 5pm Monday - Friday). Skype (www.skype.com) is an Internet phone and chat service. If you have a microphone, you can speak to our consultants live without the usual high international phone rates. This option is usually better for players that often spend hours with us on the phone. If you don't have a microphone, you can still chat (type) to us live. Skype calls should be scheduled as we must actually log on to take your call, although frequently we are online Skype all day on Thursdays.
